Professional Experience: A licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Oklahoma. Sue has more than 15 years’ experience in both industry and public accounting. She provides tax and accounting advisory services to a wide variety of industries including oil and gas, service, real estate, and manufacturing. She is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant with advanced proficiency in finance, operations, strategy and management.

Jason Cobb

Professional Experience: A licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Oklahoma. Jason has more than 10 years’ experience in public accounting. He provides audit, tax, and consulting services to a wide variety of industries with an emphasis in nonprofit organizations. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Oklahoma Society of Public Accountants (OSCPA) where he serves as the Chair of the Small Firm Practitioners Committee. He also serves as a Co-Chair on the Tulsa Area United Way Accountant’s Division.

Professional Experience: A licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Oklahoma and an Enrolled Agent accredited by the United States Treasury Department. More than 30 years’ experience including a period with the Internal Revenue Service and extensive time in both industry and public accounting with a focus in government compliance and business operations. Areas of focus are oil and gas, wholesalers, service industries, real estate, multi-state, sales and use tax, trust and estates.
